Data to be collected in the form of protein and physical observations of rice straw in the form of observation of texture, color fanbsu after fermentation, the analyzed using analysis variand at a significance level of 5% and 1%. To get the real difference between treatment with BNT and continued with Duncant test.
The results of protein content analysis in the fermentation results obtained 20.61 and on the significance level of 5% was 3.11 and 1% significance degree of 5.06. PEMBELAJARAN KONTEKSTUAL DAPAT MENUMBUHKAN SIKAP ILMIAH DAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER PESERTA DIDIK PADA EKSKUL KIR DI SMP GANESHA DENPASARPembelajaran dongeng memberikan inspirasi untuk mendekatkan diri antara orang tua dengan anak, demikian juga dapat memberikan daya tarik kepada peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Pembelajaran dongeng “Koalisi I Lutung dengan I Macan” dikolaborasi dengan pembelajaran kontekstual, dimana guru menghadirkan dunia nyata dalam pembelajaran di kelas dan mendorong peserta didik mampu menghubungkan antara pengetahuan yang dimilikinya dengan penerapannya dalam kehidupan mereka sehari-hari, sementara peserta didik memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan dari konteks yang terbatas, sedikit demi sedikit, dari proses mengkontruksi sendiri, sebagai bekal untuk memecahkan masalah dalam kehidupannya. Pembelajaran ini diberikan kepada peserta didik yang mengambil ekstrakurikuler Karya Ilmiah Remaja (ekskul KIR) di SMP Ganesha Denpasar.
Kolaborasi pembelajaran kontekstual dan cerita dongeng ini, memunculkan ide inovatif dan kreatif peserta didik untuk membuktikan melalui penelitian ilmiah sederhana. Dalam tulisan ini ditekankan pada percobaan bahwa daun Terap (Artocarpus elastica) tidak mau dimakan oleh Rayap (Macrotermes gilvus (Hagen)).
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah unntuk mengetahui munculnya sikap ilmiah dan pendidikan karakter serta pelestarian lingkungan dan budaya pada peserta didik, melalui pembelajaran dongeng dan pembuktian melalui percobaan sederhana tentang aktivitas insektisida ekstrak daun Terap (A. elastica) terhadap hama Rayap (M. gilvus (Hagen)).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tertanam nilai-nilai luhur, sehingga terinternalisasi dalam diri peserta didik yang mendorong dan terwujud dalam sikap serta perilaku yang baik. Sikap ilmiah peserta didik tumbuh untuk melakukan percobaan sederhana. (Syzygium aromaticum L.)Wilt disease in clove plants (Syzygium aromaticum L.) becomes one of the main factors inhibiting
the production of cloves in Buleleng Regency Bali. This study aims to identify the pathogen causing
wilt disease in clove plants in Buleleng Regency Bali. The identification of the pathogen causing wilt
disease in clove plants was done macroscopically, microscopically, and molecularly. The
macroscopic characteristic were that the color of the mushroom was shiny white when seen from the
surface and the base of a Petri dish, colonies of fungi grew in a Petri dish walls, fungi formed aerial
hyphae and fruit bodies. The microscopic characteristic was that the hyphae formed clamp
connection. The molecular identification of the pathogen causing wilt disease was performed using
PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) with primers internal transcribed spacer (ITS) to produce DNA
fragment size of about 580 bp. The phylogenetic tree wilt disease-causing pathogen isolates was
based on the method Neighbor Joining Tree with bootstrap values of 1000 was in a clade with
Schizophyllum commune. Conclusion of the study results showed that the pathogen isolated at the
clove root having a wilt disease symptom in Bali was Schizophyllum commune Fr.

BELAJAR IPA DAN SIKAP ILMIAH SISWA KELAS VII
SMP NEGERI 11 DENPASAR TAHUN PELAJARAN 2009/2010This study mainly aimed at finding out the effect of the implementation of contextual teaching and learning approach upon scientific learning achievement. This study used posttest-only control group design by involving a sample of 94 students of SMP Negeri 11 Denpasar. Contextual teaching and learning approach (CTL) which was treated to the experimental group and conventional instruction approach which was treated to the control group were used as the independent variables. The study used science achievement test and questionnaire as the instruments for data collection. The science achievement test was used to collect data on science achievement and the questionnaire to collect data on scientific attitude. The data were analyzed with inferential statistics. The hypothesis was tested with one-way MANOVA.
The results of data analysis showed: firs, CTL had a positive effect upon science learning achievement, implying that the implementation of CTL in science teaching caused a higher science learning achievement in the group of students whose learning process implemented CTL compared to those whose learning implemented comventional instruction approach as the control (t observed = 19.68 at α = 0.05). Second, the implementation of CTL also had positive effect upon scientific attitude, implying that its implementation in science teaching caused a higher scientific attitude of the students whose learning process used CTL (t observed = 11.52 at α = 0.05). Third, the implementation of CTL simultaneously caused higher science achievement and scientific attitude of the students than those of the students whose learning process implemented conventional instruction approach.
The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of CTL approach on improve science learning achievement and scientific attitude of the students of SMP Negeri 11 Denpasar. Biological control of fungal pathogens in plants can be done by utilizing the antagonistic fungus as a biological control agent. In vitro testing of nine isolates of Trichoderma sp. obtained from the District/Municipality in Bali dujikan power antagonism against plant pests disease causing pathogens (S. rolfsii) that the nine isolates of Trichoderma sp. indicates a positive antagonist. Isolates of Trichoderma sp. obtained in Badung has the highest power is 100% antagonism against disease-causing fungus S. rolfsii plant pests (damping off) on tomato plants, whereas Trichoderma sp. derived from Karangasem regency has a low antagonism is 63.15%. The purpose of this research is to know the optimisze of crude extract insecticide of Terap leaf (Artocarpus elastica), Breadfruit leaf (A. Communis) and Jackfruit leaf (A. heterophyllus Lamk) to the termites (Makrotermes gilvus (Hagen)) and the most effetive extract concentration in controling the termite and number of weight loss of wood which eat by the termites at antifidan test.

BUAH PISANG SUSU (Musa paradisiacal Sapientum)Purpose of this research is to know whether there are activity of crude extract of gliricidia leaf (Gliricidia sepium) as biokatalistor in ripes process of Susu banana (Musa paradisiacal Sapientum) and which level of ppm will be occurred have optimum concentration to ripe process of Susu banana, by use a randomized block design (RBD).
Types of data has collected in thes research was qualitative and quantitative data either as controls or given treatment viewed from indicators side (color and density).
The results shows that the extract of gliricidia leaf (G. septium) have biocatalisator activity in ripe process of Susu banana fruit (M. paradisiacal Sapientum) as shown by F hit > F tab (P<0,05). Banana rind coler have value F hit = 8,51 and F tab = 2,48; whereas the density of the fruit have value F hit = 12,91 and F tab = 2,48. For the parameters of rind color, treatment of P0 with P1 not significantly (P>0,05), and treatment of P2, P3, P4 and P5 were significantly different (P<0,05), but the treatment of P2 and P3 were not significantly different as well as P4 with P5 have not significantly different (P>0,05). For banana fruit density, treatmen of P0 and P1 was not significantly different (P>0,05 and significantly different P<0,05) with P2, P3, P4 and P5. The research was experiment research with patterns of “The Post-test Only Control Group Design” with research design is completely randomized design (CRD), with five treatment ie: 50 ppm, 100 ppm, 150 ppm, 200 ppm and 0 ppm (control), each consist of three replicates. The data in the form of average mortality of cockroaches and then analyzed with One Way Variance Analysis (ANOVA) at significance level of 5%. The result shows for a contact poison F hit > F tab (11,22 > 3,48) and for the poison of stomach F hit > F tab (35,34 > 3,48).

Dalam skala laboratorium pengujian dilakukan dengan menumbuhkan koloni jamur di dalam cawan petri yang mengandung media PDA dan ekstrak kasar sembung delan dengan konsentrasi 0% sampai 5%. Sedangkan uji lapangan dengan konsentrasi yang sama formulasi ekstrak kasar sembung delan dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK), dengan parameter yang diamati adalah intensitas serangan P. infestans, jumlah umbi dan berat umbi kentang yang dihasilkannya. Hasil penelitian secara In - vitro diperoleh, daya hambat ektrak kasar sembung delan pada konsentrasi 1% sampai 5% menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan (P<0,05) bila dibandingkan dengan kontrol. Daya hambat tertinggi tejadi pada konsentrasi 4% dan 5% dengan persentase daya hambat mencapai 100% sampai pada hari ke 8 masa inkubasi. Sedangkan di lapangan, Intensitas serangan menunjuKkan ada perbedaan yang nyata (P<0,05) antara perlakuan formulasi ekstrak sembung delan dengan kontrol. Namun tidak ada perbedaan yang berarti setelah tanaman berumur lebih dari 61 hst. Rata-rata intensitas serangan pada perlakuan dengan konsentrasi 3%, 4% dan 5% pada umur tanaman 58 hst kurang atau hanya sampai 50%, jika dibandingkan pada kontrol sampai pada perlakuan dengan konsentrasi 2%. Jumlah umbi yang dihasilkan antara kontrol dengan perlakuan tidak menunjukkan perbeda yang berarti (P>0,05), tetapi terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan (P<0,05) pada berat umbi yang dihasilkan. study the history of the development and existence of the dance drama of
Arja RRI
as
well as its forms, functions
and meanings were analyzed. This study aimed at (1)
justifying empirically the dynamism of the dance drama of
Arja RRI
Depasar; (2)
objectively explaining its ontology; (3) formulating the form of the discourse of the
themes of PP and RA performed at PKB; (4
) explaining the axiological and conceptual
functions of the themes of PP and RA performed at PKB; (5) revealing the values of the
discourse of the themes of PP and RA performed at PKB.
The structural theory combined with the
semiotic theory was referred to as the
theoretical framework in this study. In add
ition, the theories of narrative discourse,
literary reception, and esthetics were also re
ferred to. The data needed were collected by
(1) observation; (2) interview; (3) document
ation and library research. The method and
technique of analysis applied included (1) transcription; (2) translation; (3) data analysis.
The methods of (1) descriptive analytic and
(2) hermeneutic were used to analyze the
data. The research findings were (1) formally and (2) informally presented.
In general, the form of the discourse of the themes of PP and RA is made up of
(1) intrinsic elements; (2) discourse of songs; and (3) discourse of non songs. The
functions include (1) educational function;
(2) amusement function; (3) informative
function. The meanings revealed include (1)
